Decent stay with minor issues
excellent service rooftop view small room poor curtains
Sid gave us excellent service, he was really cute I visited with my girlfriend for her birthday. She loved the rooftop view with her great drinks and unique Mexican Elotes, it was very special.
The room was too small. I could not put two suitcases anywhere. I spent my entire stay walking round one of them open on the floor and it was ridiculous. the curtains did not block out the light. It came in at the sides.

elevator indicators noodle station
The elevators lacked indicators. I never knew if they were going up or down. this made waiting frustrating. the breakfast was disappointing!

a decent experience

The room had very nice and modern decor. I especially liked the light switches and air con that were easy to reach from the bed. the setup of the switches into different zones was a great idea. all the power points had direct connectivity so i could easily charge my devices.
The room was too small. There was nowhere to put two suitcases. i spent the entire stay walking around with one open on the floor. the curtains did not block out the light and it came in at the sides.

two pools provided options. i adored the rooftop bar for its views. the executive lounge was a treat, breakfast outdoors was a delight. the staff seemed very friendly, and always helpful. i loved the location near the mrt entrance.

the breakfast buffet included a great variety. the juice area featured a lovely lady named agnes, she always had upbeat greetings. madison offered great lunch, and aini provided attentive service.

the rooms were clean. and very nice! rooms had nespresso coffee and tea. bedding includes comfortable yatak yastık yorganlar. i loved the automatic curtain that dropped when i entered the room.

adequate stay with noticeable drawbacks
limited storage poor bathroom lighting
the staff displayed friendliness throughout my stay. the food quality was acceptable.
The beautiful king room felt cramped. storage space was minimal. I found it difficult to unpack properly and lived out of my suitcase for the duration of my stay. the bathroom lighting was also poor, especially around the vanity area. It was difficult to see in the mirror due to the smoked glass.
